Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Eastern Michigan University, completed graduate studies at Pennsylvania State University, business analytics coursework at Harvard University, and the Foundations of Corporate Communications Executive Education program at Erasmus University – Rotterdam (Netherlands).
