Upham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Eastern Michigan University and completed graduate studies from Pennsylvania State University, business analytics coursework at Harvard University and the Foundations of Corporate Communications Executive Education program at Erasmus University – Rotterdam (Netherlands).
